What communication will I receive after placing my order ?
Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communication:

Invoice : You receive invoice by email in PDF format.

Can I change my order ?
Once you have submitted your order you cannot amend it online. Please contact us straight away after making the payment so that we can amend your order before it gets despatched.

What is the Shipping Charges ?
Since jewellery is light weight item and all logistics companies charge as minimum for 50 Gram . There for our shipping charge based on Shop Value. more the value lower the shipping charge,
Shipping charge keep changing as and when logistics partner change there prices. Once your order reach to amount Rs. 20.000 shipping charge is Free.
There are different charge for local India delivery and international delivery.

Can I track the package once you ship it from India?
Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped.You would be able to track it with the respective courier.

Can you deliver to any country in the world?
Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world.

Can I pay using my Debit card?
Yes, We accept all major debit cards

How do I know that you have received my payments?
You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with a  order number.

I have transferred money through Western Union, what do I do next?
Please email us the 10 digit MTCN number along with your temporary reference number. We would generate your order, once we receive the payments from Western Union

My card is declined, What should I do?
Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues.

Can I pay using 2 different cards for one order?
Its not possible to pay using 2 cards for one order online. however we can process such order manually for this just select the payment COD  and  than send us your information to us. By this process order will be generated and we will activate it once we charge to your card.

Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?
Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. You would receive an email as soon as you choose pay by bank transfer as your option of payment.

I do not have a paypal account, Can I still transfer money to your account?
No, One needs to have a paypal account to do paypal transfer

When will my order get dispatched ?
You order will get dispatched within 5 working days. Orders placed on , Sundays and Public holidays will not get dispatched until the next working day.

Missing/Damaged Orders  ?
If your parcel has not arrived within the given period or item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at sales @ sharnamart . com where we will be able to assist you. For more information please refer to our delivery terms.

Returns and Refunds ?

1. Please contact us before you return any item.
2. We do not accept returns on bindis, tatoos,  personalize order, Customize  outfits.
3. We do not accept returns on items purchased under the clearance category.
4. Please contact within 7days of receipt of goods. Contact made after this period may result in your order (items) being unable to be returned.
5. Any returned goods should be adequately returned in its original packaging and obtain proof of delivery.
6. Return postage will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be obtained.
7. Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Jewellery , Quality & Appearance. ?
Please understand jewellery is a delegate item 7 uses many color in it .  Due to various types of lightings & flash used while photo shoot the color shade of the product may vary.
All of our jewellery is handmade in India. Please be aware that there may be slight differences between products including products of the same kind.
